VALTTERI PUUSTINEN AND JESSE PULJUJARVI NAMED TO TEAM FINLAND FOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Two Penguins players have been added to the roster for Team Finland at the upcoming World Championships being held in Czechia.

Valtteri Puustinen and Jesse Puljujarvi will be competing for Team Finland when the team’s preliminary round gets underway later this week.

Puustinen won silver with Finland when he played at the 2021 World Championship and Puljujarvi represented Finland at the 2017 World Championships.

Team Finland is set to play at the following dates and times:

• May 10 vs. Czechia at 2:20 PM
• May 12 vs. Great Britain at 6:20 AM
• May 13 vs. Norway at 10:20 AM
• May 16 vs. Austria at 10:20 AM
• May 18 vs. Canada at 10:20 AM
• May 20 vs. Denmark at 2:20 PM
• May 21 vs. Switzerland at 2:20 PM

The team says that broadcast information for different games throughout the tournament will be announced at a later date.
