ROSTER MOVES: RED SOX REINSTATE/OPTION SET OF INFIELDERS

The Boston Red Sox made a pair of roster moves this afternoon.

The club reinstated infielder Vaughn Grissom from the 10-Day Injured List and optioned infielder Bobby Dalbec to its Triple-A affiliate in Worcester.

The Red Sox acquired Grissom from the Atlanta Braves this offseason as part of the Chris Sale trade.

Grissom has slashed .287/.339/.407 with five home runs and has 27 RBI.

Dalbec started the season in Worcester before being called up to Boston after Triston Casas was moved to the Injured List.

Through 53 at-bats at the Major League level this season, Dalbec is slashing .132/.207/.170 with four RBI and two stolen bases.
